Can’t I just take photos?
Yes, but photos in a camera roll can be incomplete, hard to search, and disconnected from notes. MoveGuard’s value is completeness, organization, review, matching, and preservation — not just photo storage.
Does this guarantee my deposit?
No. MoveGuard helps you document and organize rental-condition information. It does not guarantee an outcome or provide legal advice.
Will you send anything automatically?
No. You review the packet and choose whether, when, and with whom to share it.
Will this upset my landlord?
It shouldn’t. A MoveGuard record is neutral: it shows the condition on a given day, for both of you. Honest landlords benefit too, because a clear record settles questions quickly. You can share it as a courtesy, and they can acknowledge receipt without agreeing to anything.
How long does it take?
