MoveGuard for business

The neutral condition record both sides trust.

Most move-out and damage disputes come down to “it was already like that.” MoveGuard replaces he-said-she-said with sealed, timestamped photos your tenants, guests, and cleaners take on their own phones — and anyone can verify.

Property managers and landlords

Send every tenant a move-in and move-out link. Packets arrive in your workspace, you agree or flag each room, and deductions are itemized against sealed photos.

Airbnb and short-term rental hosts

Guest check-in and check-out links, plus cleaner turnover checks after every stay. Damage claims come with dated, verifiable before-and-after evidence.

Why both sides can trust the record

Sealed, not editable

Once confirmed, a record can't be changed by anyone — including MoveGuard.

Independently timestamped

Each record's fingerprint is timestamped by an outside authority (RFC 3161).

Publicly verifiable

Anyone can check a packet or original photo at /verify. Files never leave their device.

Source of every photo

Packets show which photos were taken live in the app and flag signs of editing.

Both sides respond

Joint walkthroughs let the other party agree or disagree room by room.

Private by default

Businesses only see records requested from them or shared with them.

How it works

  1. Step 1

Add your units or listings (or sync them by API).

  2. Step 2

Send an inspection link at move-in, check-in, check-out, or turnover.

  3. Step 3

They follow a guided, room-by-room checklist on their phone.

  4. Step 4

The sealed packet lands in your workspace. Agree, flag, or itemize charges.
