Verify a file
Check that a MoveGuard packet, its original-files archive, or an original photo hasn’t been changed since it was sealed.
Your files stay on this device. Your browser calculates each file’s SHA-256 fingerprint and only that fingerprint is sent to MoveGuard. A match shows when the file was recorded and sealed — never who it belongs to or where.
What a match does and doesn’t prove
A match proves the file is byte-for-byte identical to one MoveGuard received and sealed, and that the sealed record existed at the time shown. Where available, an independent timestamp authority confirmed that time.
It can’t prove what a photo shows is complete or wasn’t staged before it was taken. The Source line says whether the photo was taken with the MoveGuard camera or picked from the photo library, and Notes point out metadata worth a closer look.
